Human C-C motif chemokine 23 (CCL23) ELISA Kit

CCL23, also referred to as MPIF-1, is a secreted member of the CC chemokine subfamily. It contributes to immune cell recruitment, drawing monocytes, resting T-lymphocytes and neutrophils to sites of inflammation, and inhibits proliferation of myeloid progenitor cells. Abnormal CCL23 levels have been linked to inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, supporting its value as a research biomarker for studying chemokine signalling and potential therapeutic targets.

Manufacturer-stated performance includes a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 10pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.1% and an inter-assay CV of 7.4%. Recovery is reported as 87% (range 81-93%) for serum and 89% (range 83-95%) for plasma. The associated UniProt accession is P55773.
