Human C-C motif chemokine 15 (CCL15) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of human C-C motif chemokine 15 (CCL15) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is intended for research use only and is reactive with human samples, recognizing natural and recombinant human CCL15.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.098 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with recovery reported at 98% for serum (range 92-104%) and 100% for plasma (range 94-106%).

CCL15, also referred to as HCC-2, Leukotactin-1, MIP-1 delta, MIP-5 and NCC-3, is a secreted chemotactic factor that attracts T-cells and monocytes but not neutrophils, eosinophils, or B-cells, acting mainly via CC chemokine receptor CCR1.
