Human BTK ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) in human samples using a colorimetric method. BTK is a key enzyme in the B-cell receptor signaling pathway that plays a crucial role in immune response regulation, and its dysregulation has been linked to various immunological disorders, including autoimmune diseases and certain cancers.

The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5), recovery averages are 96%, 96%, and 92% respectively, while linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions ranges from 82-104% depending on the sample matrix.

Supplied components include a dismountable pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, wash buffer, stop solution, plate sealer, and a technical manual.
