Human BRAP (BRCA1-associated protein) ELISA KIT (HUFI05409)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures BRCA1-associated protein (BRAP), a cytoplasmic RING-domain E3 ubiquitin ligase that binds the nuclear localization signal of BRCA1 and modulates NF-κB and Ras-MAPK signaling. Also known as BRAP2 or RNF47, BRAP has been investigated in lung, gastric, and breast cancer research, as well as in innate immune response studies.

The microplate-based kit ships with pre-coated wells, lyophilized calibrators, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, wash buffer, and stop solution in vials sufficient for one full plate. Absorbance-based readout is captured on a standard plate reader.
