Human Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor 1B (BMPR1B) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie BMPR1B immunoassay kit delivers quantitative measurement of Bone Morphogenetic Protein Receptor 1B in prepared tissue homogenates and cell lysates, using an absorbance-based colorimetric readout on a standard microplate reader. BMPR1B, also referred to as ALK6, functions as a type I receptor serine/threonine kinase that partners with type II receptors to propagate SMAD1/5/9 signaling downstream of BMP ligands including BMP2, BMP4, BMP6, BMP7, and GDF5.
