Human BMPR1A/ALK3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit (Double Antibody) is designed for the quantitative measurement of human BMPR1A, also referred to as ALK3. It is validated for human reactivity and is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Detection is colorimetric, employing a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm. The procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes.

Linearity has been demonstrated for serum (82-98%, 86-100%, 81-95%), EDTA plasma (90-98%, 85-101%, 85-91%) and heparin plasma (88-100%, 82-96%, 86-97%) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery averages are 95% for serum (range 87-102%), 99% for EDTA plasma (range 89-104%), and 98% for heparin plasma (range 87-101%). Kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
