Human Bleomycin Hydrolase (BLMH) ELISA Kit

Bleomycin Hydrolase (BLMH) is a cytoplasmic aminopeptidase and cysteine protease best known for inactivating the antitumor antibiotic bleomycin, and altered BLMH expression has been linked to tumor progression, metastasis, and cellular response to bleomycin-based chemotherapy. This Assay Genie sandwich ELISA is configured on a pre-coated microplate and relies on a human-specific capture antibody pair to quantify endogenous BLMH in tissue homogenates and cell lysates, supporting research into bleomycin resistance mechanisms and aminopeptidase biology.

Each kit supplies the reagents required to run 96 assays, including pre-coated wells, recombinant standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and the protocol calls for 100 µL of sample per well with a colorimetric readout. The assay is intended for in vitro research use only and is configured to measure human BLMH; it is not intended for clinical diagnostic procedures.
