Human BLC PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0306)

This Assay Genie kit measures B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC), also designated CXCL13, in human specimens using a pre-coated microplate format. Researchers commonly apply the kit to monitor CXCL13 concentrations associated with B-cell trafficking in autoimmune disease, lymphoma biology, and inflammatory response studies. Each box contains strip plates pre-coated with capture and detection antibodies, assay buffer concentrate, wash solution, recombinant BLC standards, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. Reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw degradation.
