Human Biglycan (BGN) ELISA Kit

Biglycan (BGN), also referenced by the synonyms bone/cartilage proteoglycan I, PG-S1 and SLRR1A, is a small leucine-rich proteoglycan of the SLRP class I subfamily. It is a secreted protein localised to the extracellular space and extracellular matrix, may be involved in collagen fiber assembly, and functions as a homodimer that can form a ternary complex with MFAP2 and ELN.
