Human Beta-Site APP Cleaving Enzyme 1 (bACE1) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of human Beta-Site APP Cleaving Enzyme 1 (BACE1) is supported by the Assay Genie BACE1 ELISA Kit, a research-use assay aimed at neuroscience and Alzheimer's disease investigation. BACE1 is a type-I transmembrane aspartic protease that performs the beta-secretase cleavage of amyloid precursor protein, the rate-limiting step in amyloid-beta peptide generation.
