Human beta-NGF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0319)

The Human beta-NGF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a two-antibody capture immunoassay used for quantitative detection of human beta-Nerve Growth Factor, a 13.2 kDa neurotrophin that promotes the survival of sympathetic and sensory neurons through high-affinity binding to the TrkA receptor. Beta-NGF is implicated in chronic pain, neuroinflammation, and neurodegenerative disease research, and accurate quantification across human serum samples, donor plasma, and conditioned culture media supports translational neuroscience workflows and biomarker discovery efforts.

Standards and samples are added to pre-coated microplate wells, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. The assay covers a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a minimum detectable dose of 7.8 pg/mL, and a 100 µL sample volume is required per well. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while the streptavidin-HRP reagent must be protected from light. The strip-well microplate supports convenient plate loading, and the complete protocol can be finished within 4.5 hours.
