The kit has a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/ml and a sensitivity of 7.2pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported as 5.3% and inter-assay precision as 8.2%. Recovery values for serum average 104% (range 98-110%) and for plasma 106% (range 100-112%).
