Human Beta IG-H3 ELISA Kit

A highly sensitive sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of TGFBI/βIG-H3 (Transforming growth factor-beta-induced protein ig-h3) in human samples. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, with a reported range of 0.625–40 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/ml.

The double-antibody sandwich format uses a target-specific antibody pre-coated onto the wells of a microplate. After sample binding and washing, a biotinylated detection antibody is added, followed by HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB substrate to generate a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. A Bradford Reagent is included to support total protein quantification and sample normalization. Reagents are shipped on ice packs and are intended for research use only.
