Human Beta-endorphin ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of beta-endorphin in human samples. The kit is coated with antigen and uses a colorimetric detection method, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

It accepts a broad range of human sample types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported assay performance includes a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL, a measuring range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, and recovery averages of 99% in serum (range 92–105%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 85–103%), and 97% in heparin plasma (range 85–104%) across the tested dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8). Storage is at 2–8°C (sealed), with cryopreservation to be avoided.
