Human Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase (CNDP1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate quantification of human Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase (CNDP1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The kit offers high sensitivity and specificity for measuring CNDP1, also known as carnosinase, an enzyme involved in the metabolism of carnosine and homocarnosine—dipeptides with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Dysregulation of CNDP1 has been implicated in diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a useful tool for research into disease pathology and potential therapeutic targets.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.38 ng/mL. Reported intra-assay CV is 4.2% and inter-assay CV is 6.6%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across multiple dilutions, with average recovery of 92% for serum and 94% for plasma. The kit detects natural and recombinant human Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase and is supplied for research use only.
