Human beta 2-Glycoprotein 1 IgG/Beta2-GP1 Ab IgG ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides this in vitro immunoassay kit for the quantitative determination of human beta 2-Glycoprotein 1 IgG (also known as Beta2-GP1 Ab IgG) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Beta-2 Glycoprotein 1 IgG is a key protein involved in autoimmune disorders, particularly in the context of antiphospholipid syndrome, and the kit supports research applications studying autoimmune diseases, thrombosis and related disorders.

The assay uses a Sandwich ELISA format with an indirect biotin-based detection method and a colorimetric readout. The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.469 ng/ml and a measurement range of 0.781–50 ng/ml. Components should be stored at 4°C for 6 months, and the product is supplied for Research Use Only.

Validation data show spike-and-recovery across serum (85–103%, average 93%), EDTA plasma (90–105%, average 100%) and UFH plasma (91–105%, average 99%); linearity ranges of 87–105% for serum, 84–101% for EDTA plasma and 82–100% for UFH plasma across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8); and intra-assay CV <8% with inter-assay CV <10%.
