Human Bcl2 Associated Athanogene 3 (BAG3) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human BAG3 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Bcl-2-associated athanogene 3 in human research specimens. BAG3 acts as an inducible co-chaperone within the HSP70 chaperone network and is implicated in selective autophagy, apoptosis regulation, and protein quality control, with documented involvement in cancer cell survival, mechanical-stress responses in cardiomyocytes, and protein-misfolding disorders of the nervous system.

Run on an absorbance-based microplate readout, the kit is supplied as a 96-assay format containing the antibody-coated plate, standards, and detection reagents required to build a standard curve and quantify endogenous BAG3 in human cell lysate, tissue homogenate, and matched serum or plasma samples.
