Human Bcl2 antagonist of cell death (BAD) ELISA Kit

BAD is a key proapoptotic member of the Bcl-2 family that regulates cell death by antagonizing the anti-apoptotic protein BCL-2. Dysregulation of BAD has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. The kit reports a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.098ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%. Linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average recovery of 95% in serum and 97% in plasma.
