Human BCL10 (B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10) ELISA KIT (HUFI08240)

Built around the BCL10 adaptor protein (UniProt O95999), this Assay Genie ELISA quantitatively measures endogenous human BCL10 in human serum, EDTA or heparin plasma, tissue homogenates, and cell culture supernates. BCL10 couples antigen-receptor signaling to NF-κB through the CARD11–MALT1 complex and acts as a MALT1 substrate, so reproducible quantification supports studies of MALT lymphoma, NF-κB pathway activation, and apoptosis regulation.

The 96 Assay kit ships as a dismountable 8×12 strip microplate pre-coated with capture antibody, paired with two lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection reagent, HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate. Bound analyte is detected with a peroxidase-labeled secondary antibody and absorbance is read on a standard microplate reader. Reported performance includes intra-assay CV ≤7.2%, inter-assay CV ≤8.5%, and recovery of 101–115% across serum and matched EDTA or heparin plasma matrices.
