Human BCL-W PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0298)

The BCL-W (BCL2L2) protein quantification kit from Assay Genie's PharmaGenie range is built for measuring human BCL-W in research samples. BCL-W is a pro-survival member of the BCL-2 family that regulates the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, and altered expression has been documented in tumor cell lines, lymphoid tissues, and neuronal models. Investigators studying apoptosis signaling, oncology drug screening, and BCL-2 family biology use this assay to evaluate BCL-W levels in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum specimens.

The 96 assays format supports moderate-throughput experimental work, and each plate is processed through standard incubation and wash steps with a substrate reaction measured by absorbance at a plate reader. Concentration values are derived from a standard curve run on the same plate, allowing direct comparison across experimental conditions.
