Human BAX ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human BAX (Apoptosis regulator BAX; Bcl-2-associated X protein) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples, providing a tool for studying the expression and function of BAX, a key regulator of apoptosis, in various research contexts including cancer, neurodegenerative and autoimmune disease research.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.11 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 5.1% CV and inter-assay precision at 9.0% CV. Linearity has been evaluated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16) in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with recovery assessed for serum and plasma.
