Human Bax (Bcl-2 Associated X Protein) CLIA Kit (HUES00384)

From Assay Genie, this Chemiluminescence-based Sandwich-CLIA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Human BAX (Bcl-2 Associated X Protein; synonym BCL2L4; UniProt Q07812) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids, using a sample volume of 100 μL. The assay is run over 3 h 30 min and the kit is intended for use with human samples.

Sensitivity is quoted at 0.09 ng/mL, with a detection range of 0.16-10 ng/mL and recovery of 80%-120%. The kit recognises Human BAX, and the manufacturer states no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human BAX and analogues was observed. It is intended for research in cancer, cell biology, metabolism and cell death.
