Human Basic Salivary Proline Rich Protein 1/PRB1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a colorimetric Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit for the quantitative detection of human Basic Salivary Proline-Rich Protein 1 (PRB1). The assay has been validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and uses a TMB substrate read at 450 nm.

Spike-and-recovery averages are 94% in serum (range 85–102%), 96% in EDTA plasma (89–101%), and 96% in heparin plasma (86–104%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 88–103% / 91–105% / 87–100% in serum, 82–101% / 85–94% / 83–92% in EDTA plasma, and 80–99% / 86–100% / 81–96% in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
