Human Baculoviral IAP repeat-containing protein 6 (BIRC6) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich-format ELISA kit is designed for the precise quantification of human Baculoviral IAP repeat-containing protein 6 (BIRC6), a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) family with a key role in regulating cell survival and apoptosis. The kit is intended for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/mL, with reported intra-assay precision (CV) of 3.3% and inter-assay precision (CV) of 7.2%. Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Average recovery is 88% (range 82-94%) in serum and 90% (range 84-96%) in plasma. Specificity is demonstrated for natural and recombinant human BIRC6.
