Human Baculoviral IAP Repeat Containing Protein 6 (BIRC6) ELISA Kit

BIRC6, also known as the BRUCE protein, is an unusually large ~485 kDa chimeric member of the inhibitors-of-apoptosis family, involved in suppressing programmed cell death, regulating cytokinesis, and supporting ubiquitin-mediated protein turnover. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures endogenous human BIRC6 concentrations in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and laboratory-prepared biological samples, supporting studies in apoptosis biology, oncology, and neurodegeneration research.
