Human Baculoviral IAP repeat-containing protein 1 (NAIP) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human Baculoviral IAP repeat-containing protein 1 (NAIP), also referred to as neuronal apoptosis inhibitory protein or BIRC1. The assay reacts with human NAIP and is intended for research use only.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 3.6%, and an inter-assay CV of 6.6%. Recovery values are 82-94% (88% average) in serum and 84-96% (90% average) in plasma. Reported specificity is for natural and recombinant human Baculoviral IAP repeat-containing protein 1.
