Human BABAM1 (BRISC and BRCA1-A complex member 1) ELISA KIT (HUFI05403)

The BABAM1 protein, also known as MERIT40 or NBA1, is a structural subunit of both the BRISC macrocomplex and the BRCA1-A DNA damage response complex, where it supports BRCA1 recruitment to sites of double-strand break repair. This Assay Genie reagent enables quantitative measurement of BABAM1 levels in human biological matrices using a colorimetric microplate-based immunoassay workflow. Studies using this kit can support research into BRCA1-dependent DNA damage signaling, checkpoint control, and the integrity of the homologous recombination pathway.
