Human B7-1/CD80 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD80 (also known as B7-1) concentrations in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The kit uses a double antibody detection method and offers a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL with a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL.
