Human B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11B (BCL11B) ELISA Kit

BCL11B is described as a tumor-suppressor protein involved in T-cell lymphomas that may function on the P53-signaling pathway and act as a key regulator of differentiation and survival during thymocyte development; it represses transcription through direct, TFCOUP2-independent binding to a GC-rich response element. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Linear dilution recovery is reported for serum (93-117%), EDTA plasma (94-124%) and heparin plasma (80-116%) across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, while spike-recovery averages 103% for serum (range 97-109%) and 105% for plasma (range 99-111%).
