Human B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A (BCL11A) ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 11A (BCL11A) levels in human samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie supports research into a protein implicated in the development and progression of B-cell lymphoma and leukemia. The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and detects natural and recombinant human BCL11A with high specificity.

According to manufacturer specifications, the kit has a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.17ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 7.0% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Linearity has been characterised in serum (105-119% across dilutions), EDTA plasma (82-116%) and heparin plasma (89-114%). Recovery in serum averages 104% (range 98-110%) and in plasma 106% (range 100-112%).

BCL11A functions as a transcription factor associated with the BAF SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, acts as a repressor of fetal hemoglobin level, and plays roles in brain development, leukemogenesis, hematopoiesis and lymphopoiesis.
