Human B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 (BCL10) ELISA Kit

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.4pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 7.2% CV and inter-assay precision at 8.5% CV. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10. Linearity was evaluated across serial dilutions in serum (104-117%, 106-115%, 100-110%, 99-111%), EDTA plasma (81-94%, 102-112%, 105-115%, 110-120%) and heparin plasma (99-109%, 98-108%, 100-112%, 92-101%). Recovery ranges from 101-113% in serum (average 107%) and 103-115% in plasma (average 109%).

BCL10 is involved in adaptive immune responses and promotes apoptosis, pro-caspase-9 maturation and activation of NF-kappa-B via NIK and IKK. It may act as an adapter protein between the upstream TNFR1-TRADD-RIP complex and the downstream NIK-IKK-IKAP complex and is a substrate for MALT1. The kit is supplied for research use only.
