Human B-cell lymphoma 3 protein (BCL3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human B-cell lymphoma 3 protein (BCL3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay provides high sensitivity and specificity for natural and recombinant human BCL3 and is intended for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.056ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.8% and inter-assay CV is 9.2%. Linearity in serum (N=5) spans 85-114% across dilution ratios from 1:2 to 1:16; EDTA plasma (N=5) spans 89-118%; and heparin plasma (N=5) spans 80-114%. Average recovery is 108% for serum (range 102-114%) and 110% for plasma (range 104-116%).

BCL3 is a proto-oncogene product (UniProt P20749, 48 kDa) that contributes to the regulation of transcriptional activation of NF-kappa-B target genes and to cell proliferation.
