Human B-cell linker protein (BLNK) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of human B-cell linker protein (BLNK), this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant human B-cell linker protein, and the product is labelled for research use only.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 41.6pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity was assessed across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (109-119%, 96-105%, 105-115%, 101-111%), EDTA plasma (95-104%, 108-119%, 95-105%, 86-96%) and heparin plasma (81-91%, 92-101%, 109-117%, 97-106%). Spike-and-recovery averaged 109% (range 103-115%) in serum and 111% (range 105-117%) in plasma.

BLNK functions as a central adaptor protein downstream of the B-cell receptor, bridging SYK kinase to multiple signalling pathways and regulating biological outcomes of B-cell function and development.
