Human B-Cell Activation Factor Receptor (BAFFR) ELISA Kit

BAFFR is a TNF receptor superfamily member (TNFRSF13C) expressed on B lymphocytes, where it binds BAFF to support B-cell maturation, survival, and signaling. The Assay Genie human BAFFR ELISA Kit is a research-use colorimetric immunoassay developed to quantify this membrane-bound receptor in laboratory samples.

Configured for 96 assays per kit, the assay is validated for human reactivity and works with sample types including tissue homogenates and cell lysates. This makes it useful for studies of receptor expression in cultured B-cell lines, primary lymphocyte preparations, and lymphoid tissue extracts from immunological research models.

Applications include investigations of B-cell biology, autoimmunity (including systemic lupus erythematosus), common variable immunodeficiency, and the broader BAFF/APRIL signaling axis, providing a receptor-level readout that complements measurement of circulating soluble BAFF.
