Human Azurocidin 1 (AZU1) ELISA Kit

Azurocidin 1, also known as CAP37 or heparin-binding protein (HBP), is an antimicrobial serine-protease homolog stored in the azurophilic granules of human neutrophils. Released during degranulation at sites of infection and inflammation, AZU1 has become a focus of research into sepsis, acute kidney injury, and neutrophil-driven vascular responses. Built around an antibody pair directed at native AZU1 epitopes, the kit supports absorbance-based readout using a standard microplate reader. Each box contains a pre-coated 96-assay microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibration standards, and substrate sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
