Human Axin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of human Axin 2 (AXIN2) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Manufactured by Assay Genie, the kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is intended for research use in metabolism-related studies.

Reported assay performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported for serum (86-105%, 87-97%, 85-100%), EDTA plasma (91-101%, 84-100%, 81-95%) and heparin plasma (93-105%, 85-96%, 81-98%). Spike-and-recovery values are 86-101% (average 95%) for serum, 88-98% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma and 86-105% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. The Uniprot reference is Q9Y2T1.
