Human Axin-1 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, designed for the precise quantitative measurement of Axin-1 in human samples. The kit is reactive with human specimens and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Reported performance includes a lower detection sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Validation across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma shows consistent linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with average spike recoveries of 94% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma.
