Human Aurora Kinase B (AURKB) ELISA Kit

Aurora Kinase B is a mitotic serine/threonine kinase that acts as the catalytic core of the Chromosomal Passenger Complex, partnering with INCENP, survivin, and borealin to regulate chromosome alignment, the spindle assembly checkpoint, and cytokinesis.
