Human Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor 2 (NPR2) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA with double-antibody detection from Assay Genie, intended for the quantitative measurement of Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor 2 (NPR2) in human samples. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid sample types, and is positioned for cardiovascular research since NPR2 is described as a key regulator of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) signaling, with dysregulation implicated in hypertension, heart failure and related disorders.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 1.5 ng/mL and an assay range of 2.5–160 ng/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) spanned 80–101%, in EDTA plasma 86–101% and in heparin plasma 84–103% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery was 86–105% (average 96%) in serum, 88–101% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma and 94–103% (average 99%) in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
