Human Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor 1 (NPR1) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor 1 (NPR1), also known as Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor type A, Guanylate cyclase A, ANP-A, GC-A, and ANPRA. The kit is intended for cardiovascular research, as NPR1 functions as a receptor for the natriuretic peptides NPPA/ANP and NPPB/BNP, which are potent vasoactive hormones playing a key role in cardiovascular homeostasis, and has guanylate cyclase activity upon ligand binding.

Validated for use with human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, the assay shows specificity for both natural and recombinant human NPR1 (UniProt P16066), a homodimeric single-pass type I membrane protein. Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.15ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.7%, and an inter-assay CV of 7.9%.
