Human ATPase, H+/K+ Exchanging Alpha Polypeptide (ATP4a) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides this quantitative ELISA for the alpha subunit of the gastric H+/K+ ATPase, the proton pump responsible for acid secretion in stomach parietal cells. The kit is calibrated for human samples and accepts tissue homogenates and cell lysates as input material, making it applicable to gastric mucosa research, investigation of atrophic gastritis and H. pylori-related gastric pathology, and pharmacological studies of proton pump inhibitors. A colorimetric readout is generated for each of the 96 assays included in the pack, and components are intended for research use only. Standard refrigerated storage is recommended for all reagents prior to use.
