Human ATP citrate lyase/ACLY ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human ATP citrate lyase (ACLY; UniProt P53396), also known as ATP-citrate synthase or citrate cleavage enzyme. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.

Dilutional linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 sample dilutions is 85–99%, 90–99% and 86–98% in serum (n=5); 87–99%, 88–100% and 87–95% in EDTA plasma (n=5); and 85–103%, 88–97% and 87–97% in heparin plasma (n=5). Spike-and-recovery is 85–105% (average 92%) in serum, 92–105% (average 97%) in EDTA plasma, and 91–100% (average 95%) in heparin plasma. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
