Human ATF3/Activating Transcription Factor 3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this double-antibody sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Activating Transcription Factor 3 (ATF3) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. ATF3 is a stress-responsive transcription factor that regulates gene expression in inflammation, apoptosis, and cell survival, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, inflammatory conditions, and neurodegenerative disorders.

Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

Spike-and-recovery is 93–102% (average 96%) in serum (n=5), 86–99% (average 91%) in EDTA plasma (n=5), and 90–96% (average 93%) in heparin plasma (n=5). Dilutional linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 spans 82–103% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix).
