Human ATA (Angiotensinase A) ELISA Kit (HUES01713)

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie quantifies human Angiotensinase A (aminopeptidase A; APA / ENPEP) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids using a colorimetric detection method run on a standard 96-well microplate.

Angiotensinase A is a zinc-dependent membrane aminopeptidase best known for cleaving angiotensin II into angiotensin III, linking it to renin–angiotensin system research in cardiovascular, renal and central nervous system studies.

Kit components and assay workflow: pre-coated 96-well plate, capture and detection antibodies, lyophilised standards, dilution buffers, TMB substrate and stop solution; typical incubation at 37 °C, microplate reader at 450 nm, total assay time around 3 hours.
