Human Aspartate Beta Hydroxylase (ASPH) ELISA Kit

Quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the in vitro research measurement of aspartate beta-hydroxylase (ASPH) protein in human research samples. ASPH is a type II transmembrane endoplasmic reticulum enzyme that catalyzes post-translational hydroxylation of aspartate and asparagine residues within epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like domains of substrate proteins, including Notch receptors and their ligands. Aberrant ASPH expression and activity have been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, gastric cancer, and breast cancer, supporting its investigation as a candidate biomarker in tumor biology and oncology workflows. The assay is intended for use with serum-derived fractions, plasma-derived fractions, and tissue homogenates.
