Human ASGR1 (Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1) CLIA Kit (HUES00363)

From Assay Genie, this chemiluminescence immunoassay kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human ASGR1 (Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich-CLIA format with a total assay time of 4.5h. The micro CLIA plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human ASGR1, and a biotinylated detection antibody together with an Avidin-HRP conjugate are added sequentially. The resulting Relative Light Unit (RLU) value is positively associated with the concentration of Human ASGR1 in the sample.

Sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with a detection range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. The required sample volume is 100μL. Reproducibility is reported with both intra-CV and inter-CV < 15%. The kit recognizes Human ASGR1 in samples, and no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human ASGR1 and analogues was observed.
