The Assay Genie ARVCF ELISA Kit provides researchers with a quantitative tool to measure Armadillo repeat protein deleted in velo-cardio-facial syndrome in human biological specimens. ARVCF is a catenin-family scaffolding protein mapped to the 22q11.2 region, the same locus implicated in DiGeorge syndrome and velocardiofacial syndrome. The protein partners with beta-catenin at adherens junctions and participates in Wnt signal transduction, making it a target of interest in studies of cardiac morphogenesis, craniofacial development, and neurodevelopmental disorders including schizophrenia.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, matched capture and detection antibodies, calibrators, and assay buffers.
