ART1 is a GPI-anchored cell-surface ectoenzyme that catalyzes the transfer of ADP-ribose from NAD+ onto arginine residues of target proteins, and quantitative measurement of its soluble form supports research into mono-ADP-ribosylation, immune cell signaling, and tumor microenvironment studies. The Assay Genie kit format includes pre-coated assay plates, calibrators, and detection reagents that fit standard research laboratory workflows. Titrated standards allow construction of a standard curve from which ART1 immunoreactivity in human serum or plasma preparations, plus cell-culture supernatant, can be determined.
