Human ARSD/Arylsulfatase D ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich (Double Antibody) ELISA is designed for the accurate quantification of human arylsulfatase D levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Arylsulfatase D is an enzyme involved in the metabolism of sulfated steroids and carbohydrates, and its dysregulation has been linked to lysosomal storage disorders and various cancers, making the kit a useful tool for disease-progression and therapeutic-target research.

Key performance characteristics: detection range 0.781–50 ng/mL and sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL. The kit uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) with TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. Linearity (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) is 91–105% / 85–98% / 89–104% for serum, 82–100% / 90–101% / 82–86% for EDTA plasma, and 83–100% / 84–92% / 81–96% for heparin plasma.
