Human Arrestin Beta 2 (ARRb2) ELISA Kit

β-arrestin 2 is a cytoplasmic scaffolding protein central to G protein-coupled receptor desensitization, internalization, and downstream signalling through MAPK, PI3K, and AKT cascades, and the Assay Genie immunoassay quantifies this regulator in human-derived material. Researchers use the readout to probe biased agonism, receptor trafficking, and adaptor recruitment in cell signalling studies, and to examine ARRB2 expression in cardiovascular, neurological, and oncology contexts where altered β-arrestin levels have been reported. The kit is supplied as a 96-assay microplate with pre-coated plate, detection antibody, recombinant standards, TMB substrate, and wash buffer.
